Preface
This E-Portfolio is a well thought-out collection of goal-driven evidences of our professional growth and achieved competence over two and a half months. This is a reflection of how we did well during the off-campus teaching. After having undergone the practical application, we have been able to understand the prominence and stipulation of this advanced showcase. It signifies the progressive performances of the pre-service teachers.
The Off-Campus Teaching E-Portfolio includes History Page which reveals the basic information such as location, history, PVMGO, organizational structure, policies, rules and regulations and list of available equipment and facilities of the Cooperating School “Baao National High School”. The highlights of accomplishment and message of the principal were also given part as preliminaries. As essential portion of this innovative e-portfolio, we present reflections of personal experiences, accomplishments and extent of participation. The official documents were evidently available to verify the reliability and integrity of this portfolio. The individual instructional files were brought forth as artifacts, these include lesson plan, instructional materials, instructional observation sheet, and evidences of classroom management, documentary of classroom structuring, bulletin board, class schedule, and seating plan. Lastly, our extension activities in relation with the research output were obtained as professional requirement for us pre-service teachers.
With all these, we look forward in smearing and sharing what we have cultured from the school we came from through this E-Portfolio.
We would like to acknowledge first and foremost our Almighty God for giving us strength and guidance whenever we needed.

Indeed practice teaching brings out the skills and abilities of every Pre-service teachers and designed to provide the opportunities to apply the principles and strategies of teaching, evaluation in actual teaching-learning situation, utilize and appreciate teaching techniques, classroom management and proper use of instructional materials. As a teacher, we should transform humanity or make change happen and continually develop the knowledge, the skills and the desire to be not only the best but to be a great teacher.
Baao National High School served as our avenue to become a professional educator and a dedicated teacher. Moreover, it developed our competencies and connect our learning experiences in school to actual teaching by applying the laws, theories and principles of teaching and learning, as well as using the appropriate approaches, methodologies, strategies and techniques for effective teaching.
According to Wiltz, et.al the portfolio develops a mind-set that learning is a lifelong pursuit; supports reflective thinking; integrates theory and practice and contributes to and foster best practices. In this E-portfolio Assessment which is the innovations of traditional portfolio comprises the brief description of the school, evidences of classroom management, evaluating students’ performance, Final demonstration teaching and other evidence of actual teaching experiences.
May our ongoing journey towards becoming a professional educator be rewarding and filled with happy times.

Message from the Principal
Student Teachers are of great help to us because they have shown their potentials in guiding our students. They have shared their knowledge, skills and good values that are needed by our students. The advantage for having student teachers in our school is exchange of knowledge. The cooperating teacher of Baao National High School have shared their teaching skills expertise, strategies to our student teachers unlike student teacher shared their recent know how and played a great role in molding our students.
